Appointment FAQ

We are known for skin care and natural-looking, antiaging aesthetic treatments & injectables.
Our services include:

All new client appointments begin with a consult. The New Client CONSULT appointment does not guarantee time for same-day treatment, depending on the service.
If you know what service you are interested in (botox, etc), we recommend booking that service. There will be time during your appointment to discuss other services as well.
All new client appointments have a $150 consult fee. Consult fees can go towards your treatment that day or skin care.

Some of our providers are booked out for 12+ weeks.
If you do not see any available time, the provider’s schedule is completely booked.
Please book the first available appointment that fits your schedule and then add yourself to the waitlist.
You may also book with another provider. We are a team and as a client, any of our providers would love to see you!

Once you find the available appointment time that fits your schedule and start following the steps to book it, you will need to first agree to the cancellation/no-show policy and enter your credit card information to book.
You will receive an immediate text & email that your appointment is booked. Once you book, please keep an eye out for an email to set up your Wild Moon Collective online portal. From your portal, you can fill out all pre-appointment REQUIRED forms, and change your appointment as needed.

If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging in to your Wild Moon portal to cancel or reschedule. We kindly ask you to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. If there is a no-show or less than 24-hour cancellation, there may be a fee of $100-150 per our Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to log in to your portal, please send an email to hello@wildmooncollective.com at least 24hrs prior to the appointment. Please do not send appointment requests/modifications via Instagram, or Facebook. Thank you for understanding!

You will receive pre/post care information via email and in your portal prior to your appointment.
A Few Pre-Appointment Tidbits:
Please plan on arriving with a clean face.
No makeup on the area we will be treating.
Filler Appointments
No dental appointments are scheduled 2 weeks before or after treatment
No Filler 4 weeks before or after any vaccinations
Allow at least 2 weeks prior to any major events in case of bruising or downtime.
To help minimize bruising with injectable appointments, we recommend:
Stopping fish oils, vitamin e, and turmeric supplements
NSAIDs, Aspirin, & blood thinners can potentiate bruising (if prescribed, do not stop taking without consulting with your prescriber)
Avoiding alcohol for 24-48 hours

Yes, please click WAITLIST in the menu bar. You must have a future appointment booked to be moved up on the waitlist.

When you first made an appointment, an automated email was sent with a link to activate your portal and create a password. Please use the same email address that the portal invite came to. Once you create your portal, you can log in to see your upcoming appointment, modify them, and fill out the required pre-appointment info. The link to the client portal is in the menu bar above.

There is street parking on Cook Ave right outside of Wild Moon Collective. There are also at least 4 free public parking lots near the building.

Your appointment time is crafted with just enough time to treat you, answer questions, and of course, get to know you. We ask that you come to your appointment solo and without any friends/family/guests or children. Thank you so much for understanding.
