Cancellation policy
Wild Moon Collective LLC accepts exact cash, credit card, and debit card payments. We do not do splits on multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks. Client is financially responsible for payment of all services and products provided. Practice may require a credit card to book and hold an appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a credit card to book/reserve an appointment. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Cancellations/Bookings/Reschedulings can be done by following the prompts in your booking/reminder emails and/or texts. You may also email hello@wildmooncollective.com to or call 224-504-1114 to modify your appointments. Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) messages or comments do not constitute official cancellation notices. If less than 24 hours of notice for cancellation, client agrees to a $150 late cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file. If you no show, no call, no notice, you agree to a $150 no-show fee to be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding. The cancellation fee is not a credit and is not applied to future appointments. In the event of non-payment, cancellation of payment, or any payment issues, client agrees to bear the cost of collection, and/or the court cost and legal fees, should those be required. understand that there are no refunds or credits of the cancellation fee.
